August 21, 2007 - Please note that membership dues are now $15 per calendar year. Anyone joining after July 15 in a calendar year is fully paid through the following calendar year.

Please fill out the form below with information as you wish it to appear in our membership directory. We cannot process the form on-line at this time, so please print the completed form and send it by mail with a check for US$15.00 for annual dues. Mail to:
